Little Tikes Prize Draw On-Resort Exclusive – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Little Tikes promotional prize draw available on selected Butlin’s breaks.
1. Promotion Period
The promotion is valid for qualifying bookings made between 1 June 2026 and 16 July 2026 inclusive (“Booking Window”).
2. Eligible Breaks
The promotion applies only to new bookings for:
- 2027 Showtime Midweek or Weekend breaks
3. Eligibility
3.1 The promotion is available exclusively to guests booking through:
- the Holiday Booking Shop;
- Hotel Receptions
3.2 The promotion is not available:
- via the Butlin’s Contact Centre;
- via the general Butlin’s website; or
- through any third-party website, or affiliate partner; or
- to any employees of Butlin’s, their families, agents, or any third pard party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
3.3 Only one entry per qualifying booking is permitted.
3.4 Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
4. Prize Draw
4.1 Guests who make a qualifying booking during the Booking Window will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win a Little Tikes bundle.
4.2 The Little Tikes bundle includes:
- Story Dream Machine – Peppa Pig Edition
- Creative Construction Workbench
- Creative Chefs Bluey Pavlova Set
- Cozy Coupe
4.3 Prize contents are subject to change. Butlin’s reserves the right to substitute any item with another of equal or greater value where necessary.
4.4 There will be one prize winner who will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process by the 30th July.
5. Prize Conditions
5.1 No cash alternative, exchange, or transfer of the prize to another person will be offered.
5.2 Winners will be notified by email or telephone within 7 days of the draw date using the contact details provided at the time of booking. If a winner does not respond to Butlin’s within 14 days of being notified by Butlin’s, then the prize will be forfeited, and Butlin’s will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
5.3 The prize can be collected during the winner’s next Butlin’s break or we can deliver the prize
5.4 If the qualifying booking is cancelled prior to prize collection, the prize will be forfeited in full.
6. General
6.1 Butlin’s reserves the right to withdraw, amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
6.2 Butlin’s decision in relation to all matters concerning the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.3 The Promoter must make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner and a copy of the winning entry to anyone who emails privacy@butlins.com within one month of the closing date. If you object to your surname, county, and/or winning entry being made available, please email privacy@butlins.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
6.4 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Butlin’s reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
6.5 Insofar as it permitted by law, Butlin’s, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Butlin’s, its agents or distributors, or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
6.6 Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Butlin’s privacy policy - Privacy & Cookies Policy | Butlin's.
6.7 The promoter of this prize draw is Butlins Skyline Limited, company number 04011665, which its registered office at First Floor, Breakspear Place, Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 4TZ.
