	The All Inclusive Drinks Package is available on selected family breaks only, excluding Adult Only Big Weekender breaks.<|}p>

	At Butlin&rsquo;s, we operate a &ldquo;challenge 25&rdquo; policy. The law has set a minimum age of 25 years for this policy and where it appears to the person selling the alcohol that the customer may be under the age of 25 years, ID can be requested. Because of this law, you may be asked to produce identification if you appear under the age of 25, to prove that you can lawfully purchase alcohol. We accept passport or driving licence only; any other form of identification, such as PASS cards won&rsquo;t be accepted. Butlin&rsquo;s reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to an adult if they&rsquo;re accompanied by someone who we believe is under the age of 18 without ID.<|}p>

GUEST ENTITLEMENT<|}strong><|}p>

	<li>Guests on the All Inclusive Drinks Package will receive unlimited Costa Coffee from our on-resort &lsquo;Proud to Serve&rsquo; venues (Bognor Regis Pool Caf&eacute;, Bar Rosso, Jellyfish Lounge, SkyparkCafe, Inn on the Green, Beachcomber, Skyline Bar). All Inclusive package does not include Costa Coffee drinks from our main Costa Coffee outlet or our Express Machines.<|}li>
	<li>Guests on the All Inclusive Drinks Package will receive alcoholic and soft drinks from the range outlined in the <a href="https:|}|}prod.butlins-prod.magnolia-platform.com|}dam|}jcr:b8138e85-9d28-452e-afbb-760fcf1e6c6a|}All%20Inclusive%20Drinks%20Menu%20and%20T&amp;Cs_November%202024.pdf">All Inclusive Drinks menu<|}a>, available from our venues and bars during usual operating hours. The range excludes pre-packaged items, and range availability may vary by venue. Spirits are served as 25ml measures with a choice of mixer. Wine served as either 125ml or 175ml measures.<|}li>
	<li>Alcoholic drinks will be served from 11am during your break.<|}li>
	<li>Package entitlement begins when you are wearing your wristbands (provided in welcome packs) and ends at midday on your day of departure.<|}li>
	<li>All guests in a party must take the All Inclusive Drinks Package. Adults (18+) on the booking will receive a &lsquo;Drinks Package&rsquo; wristband to present to our team at point of purchase.<|}li>
	<li>The All Inclusive Drinks Package is subject to availability.<|}li>
	<li>Butlin&rsquo;s reserves the right to change or amend the All Inclusive Drinks Package at any time without notice.<|}li>
	<li>Guests are responsible for any damage to their All Inclusive Drinks Package wristband. Lost or stolen Drinks Package wristbands will not be replaced.<|}li>

	<li>Guests on the Drinks Package are expected to drink responsibly and to be respectful of other guests.<|}li>
	<li>Butlin&rsquo;s reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who is deemed to be visibly intoxicated.<|}li>
	<li>The All Inclusive Drinks Package wristband is only applicable to guests that have purchased this product. If any guest is found to be supplying alcohol to a minor, sharing|}re-selling products or giving their wristband to anyone not on their booking, their wristband will be removed for the duration of their stay &ndash; along with all other members of their party. There will be no refund for any days lost in this situation. Please note that Butlin&rsquo;s reserves the right to terminate your holiday should you be in breach of our behavioural terms.<|}li>
