STEP 1: START SEARCHING FOR YOUR NEXT HOLIDAY

Here&#39;s a step by step guide on how to use your Butlin&#39;s Holiday Credit to book a new holiday online. To check your Butlin&#39;s Holiday Credit balance, please <a href="https:|}|}www.butlins.com|}account|}login">log into your account<|}u><|}a>, where your balance will be displayed.<|}p>

HOW TO USE YOUR HOLIDAY CREDIT

If the cost of your new holiday is less than the balance of your Butlin&#39;s Holiday Credit, the remaining credit will be kept in your account for you to book another new holiday.<|}p>

STEP 4: REMAINING CREDIT BALANCE

Once you have logged in, you will be able to see your Butlin&#39;s Holiday Credit balance in the top right corner on the payment summary page. You can use your Butlin&#39;s Holiday Credit in full or part payment for your new break.<|}p>

STEP 3: BOOKING YOUR NEW HOLIDAY

If you already have an account, log in using the details linked to the original booking. If you don&#39;t have an online account, you can create a new one. For your Butlin&#39;s Holiday Credit to be linked to your new online account, please use the same details you used when making your original booking.<|}p>

STEP 2: LOG IN OR CREATE AN ACCOUNT

WHAT IS MY BUTLIN&#39;S HOLIDAY CREDIT?<|}strong><|}p>

<ul>
	<li>Butlin&rsquo;s Holiday Credit is issued when your break was cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic or when enacting the Coronavirus Book With Confidence Guarantee.<|}li>
	<li>In these situations, your original booking payment is provided as a credit for you to use against any future break in 2022 and 2023 and must be booked by 31 December 2022.<|}li>
	<li>You can use your Butlin&rsquo;s Holiday Credit online to pay for new bookings only. Any remaining credit will be kept in your account for future bookings.<|}li>
	<li>You can check your Butlin&#39;s Holiday Credit balance by logging into your account. Your balance will be displayed on the landing screen.<|}li>

WHAT CAN I USE MY BUTLIN&#39;S HOLIDAY CREDIT FOR?<|}strong><|}p>

<ul>
	<li>Your Butlin&rsquo;s Holiday Credit can be used to pay for a new holiday booking. Your credit will need to be used in full either as part payment of the holiday or to pay in full. Both options can be done online.<|}li>
	<li>You can also use your Butlin&#39;s Holiday Credit to book multiple holidays together. This option isn&#39;t currently available online so please give us a call and we will be happy to help.<|}li>
	<li>Your Butlin&rsquo;s Holiday Credit cannot be used to pay the balance on an existing booking online, but please&nbsp;<a href="https:|}|}www.butlins.com|}help-contact">contact us<|}a>&nbsp;and one of our friendly team will be happy to help.<|}li>

HOW DO I USE MY BUTLIN&rsquo;S HOLIDAY CREDIT?<|}strong><|}p>

	<li>Once you have logged in and are ready to book, you will be able to see your Butlin&rsquo;s Holiday Credit balance on the top right of the payment page and use it to towards the balance of your break.<|}li>

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS WITH BUTLIN&rsquo;S HOLIDAY CREDIT?<|}strong><|}p>

<ul>
	<li>Your Butlin&#39;s Holiday Credit can be used to pay for a new holiday booking in 2022 and 2023 but must be booked by 31 December 2022. If the cost of the holiday is less than your credit balance, you will be taken straight through to the payment summary page, using your holiday credit in full. Any remaining credit will be kept in your account for future bookings or you can request a refund.<|}li>
	<li>If your Butlin&#39;s Holiday Credit is less than the full amount of the holiday, you will be given two payment options. The credit will be used in full as part payment of the holiday. You will then have the option of paying for the balance of the holiday in full in one single payment, or with the final&nbsp;balance due 70 days for family breaks|}84 days for Live Music Weekends prior to your arrival date.<|}li>

WILL MY BUTLIN&#39;S HOLIDAY CREDIT EXPIRE?<|}strong><|}p>

<ul>
	<li>Yes, you can use your Butlin&#39;s Holiday Credit towards any new break in 2022 and 2023 and must be booked by 31 December 2022.<|}li>
	<li>After 31 December 2022 you will no longer be eligible to redeem your credit against a booking or receive a refund.<|}li>
<|}ul>

CAN I HAVE A REFUND ON MY BUTLIN&#39;S HOLIDAY CREDIT?<|}strong><|}p>

<ul>
	<li>In certain circumstances you may be eligible for a refund on your Butlin&#39;s Holiday credit. This depends on the original source of your Butlin&#39;s Holiday Credit and the amount of credit that you have available. After 31 December 2022, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund.<|}li>
	<li>If you received &pound;25 Butlin&rsquo;s holiday credit due to Storm Eunice this is non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. This credit expires on&nbsp;31st December 2022.<|}strong><|}li>
