Lifeguards
- All pools are provided with fully qualified lifeguards who are there for your safety - please follow their instructions at all times.
Children under 8
- Children under the age of 8 must be supervised in the water and changing rooms by an adult (16+) or parent.
- Children under 8 must be given a safe and secure band upon entering the pool to be worn throughout their visit.
- An adult (16+) or parent may only be responsible for a maximum of 2 children under the age of 8 at any one time.
8-12 Year olds
- Children aged 8-12 years must have an adult present at the time of entry into the pool.
- Children ages 8-12 who are weak or non-swimmers must be supervised in the water and changing rooms by an adult (16+) or parent.
- Children aged 8-12 who are weak or non-swimmers must be given a safe and secure band upon entering the pool to be worn throughout their visit
In and around the swimming pool
- Children using swim aids such as armbands must be constantly supervised by a responsible adult
- Any person suffering with a heart condition, back injury, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or pregnant are not permitted to use the flumes or slides at any time
- Height restrictions apply for flumes or slides
- Non or weak swimmers must not go out of their depth
- Only swimwear is permitted when swimming, no outerwear
- Any person under the influence of drugs or alcohol, are not permitted into Splash at any time
- To avoid feeling unwell, we advise our guests not to use the pool for at least 2 hours after eating

Helter Skelter	Medium	0.25m	Enjoy a dizzying ride on our Helter Skelter, spiralling swiftly down into a refreshing splash	You must be a minimum of 0.9m tall
