Introducing our newest venue at all resorts, Studio 36. In 2021 we built our brand new all-weather, highly versatile events space that is perfect for any size conference or event. Studio 36 can hold 1600 delegates theatre style, 1100 cabaret style and up to 1370 gala dinner style. Not only can this venue operate in whatever style you need, it has an enormous stage which is perfect for presenting and includes showstopping AV equipment. Studio 36 is available to use as a conference or event space at all resorts. Subject to availability.<|}p>

Situated on the sunny South Coast, our Bognor Regis resort is just over an hour away from Central London and close to the local train station. It’s home to our three nautical-inspired hotels – The Wave, The Ocean and The Shoreline – as well as our traditional fairground, relaxing spa and variety of spectacular entertainment venues including our brand-new activity centre PLAYXPERIENCE.

Minehead is our largest, and arguably most scenic, resort. Situated in Somerset on the South West Coast, it’s around 60 miles from Bristol, and neighbours a mile-long stretch of golden sand. The resort is home to our largest Skyline Pavilion, as well as state-of-the-art conference facilities and an extensive range of activities.

Skegness is where our story began. Situated on the Lincolnshire Coast, within easy reach of the Midlands and northern regions, it was the first ever Butlin’s to open in 1936. The resort is home to our new Maple Walk Premium Lodges accommodation which opened in 2024.

From sit-down meals and buffet-style food to entertainment and awards, Studio 36 offers an amazing space for hosting gala dinners, with a capacity of up to 1600 people.

Despite its huge size, Studio 36 is a great venue for breakout sessions. We can create individual areas suitable for workshop-style group activities or discussions.
